    Located in the quiet neighborhood of Forest Reach - just four miles from the beach - this meticulously maintained home awaits your next vacation adventure. Combined with the beach-themed decor, the home's contemporary fixtures and furnishings will have you slipping into carefree coastal comfort in no time at all. The community offers a shared pool where you can relax in the sun or swim some laps. When you’re ready for the beach, Downtown Bethany Beach offers nearly a mile of sandy coastline for catching some rays and enjoying some seaside fun. Don’t miss strolling along the boardwalk with lots of shops, restaurants, ice cream stands and so much more! On arrival, the first thing you’ll notice is the shaded front porch with padded rocking chairs - this is the perfect spot for morning coffee. Step inside the cozy family room, complete with a large smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows or movies. For chillier nights, a gas fireplace provides some added warmth. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up a fabulous meal. The kitchen is completed by an outdoor gas grill for quick, casual meals. Just off the kitchen is a screened-in porch, perfect for chilling out and sipping cold drinks. THINGS TO KNOW The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. A Quiet Getaway Near the Beach

The location is close to Ocean City, Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, Delaware. After a day of excitement, it was wonderful to return to Forest Reach each evening to relax and get a good night's sleep. My stay was wonderful and i highly recommend it to others.

Great home for an escape

The house is great! We had four adults and three children staying on the property. There were several areas throughout the house for everyone to find their own space. We had access to the pool which was a great relief because it was quite warm. Overall we had a minor hiccup but a solution was offered. We were happy with our stay.

Great stay

This home was spacier than we thought it would be. Very niece, clean and great for a family to stay! Extra beach supplies was a plus, as well as a good array of games and puzzles. Pool was clean and nice get away from the beach. Was a little nervous about the neighbors and not knowing who the anti-dog neighbor was. But the binder gave a lot of great information! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable home

We absolutely loved this comfortable and tastefully decorated home in a picturesque, quiet community. The pool, which we used daily, was a short walk. The beach and numerous restaurants were only a 10 min drive away. The beds were quite comfortable and it was obvious that the home was lovingly maintained. We appreciated the fact that it was dog-friendly and we also appreciated the book of suggestions (the dogs and kids both LOVED the James Farm Ecological Preserve!).

Annual Beach Getaway

The home was wonderful and perfect for our family of four and dog! Immediately walking in, the house felt like a dog friendly home away from home. Some houses advertise as dog “friendly” but seem more dog “tolerant.” You could tell that the home was welcoming to dogs with the sofa covers, water/food bowls, dog toys, etc. The house was spacious, clean and contained all of the amenities needed for our week away. It was an added bonus to have beach chairs and boogie boards to be able to use. The dining areas were great for us to be able to eat together or play games at night. We also enjoyed using the screened in porch which had some really comfortable chairs and a couch! The community was a short distance from the main road and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the home!
