Super cute and cozy

Home was super cute and very functional. More than enough room for all of us giving us each our own room and space. Kitchen was stocked well. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Great for a Water Park Weekend

We stayed with another couple and our kids for a weekend at the water park. It was great location near town and quick to get to the waterpark for a chilly Michigan weekend. It had plenty of space for all of us so we could sleep well and continue the fun the next day.

Great property and location

Nice older home. Has updates, but not perfect. But for price the value is there. Great location, near frankenmuth town. Nice back yard, fenced for pets, and nice space. Overall great value and host was very communicative. Would definitely recommend, and stay there again.

Wonderful home

We loved how large the house is-especially the kitchen. All of us could be in there and no one was in each other's way. The living room is very cozy, with a large T.V. And there are so many bedrooms-with comfortable beds. It just is really nice to be so close to town. We had so much more fun than staying in a hotel. Great hosts too!

Awesome stay

This place is roomy and perfect for large groups-families. Huge kitchen with everything you need. Close to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Already booked it for next year.

Great Property

Love this place!! It has all the space and amenities we needed for 6 adults and 5 children. It’s close enough to town for a great walk. The hosts are great people and we appreciate their kindness.

Great space to get the family together

The overall stay was great. For us just being able to have the family together was all I wanted for my parents. The electrical needs some updating, some outlets didn’t work and some would pop the circuit if you plugged a hair dryer in. That was our only issue.

Two month stay

Visiting family for Summer months. Loved location ability to walk to everything. Loved kitchen, laundry and private backyard. Home furnishings were fine. We will be back next Summer.

Beautiful home for a relaxing stay

The groomsmen of my wedding party and I had the plaire of staying at this house in Frankenmuth. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We all had a pleasant and comforable stay. Super close to downtown. Woild definitely stay here again in future. A+++++++

Frankenmuth stay

We had a wonderful time in this large and comfortable home. Open floor plan and great large kitchen. Very close to Main Street and all the activities in the town. The host was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. I would recommend this home for a large or small group.

Wonderful relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The rooms were all comfortable and cute. There was plenty of room for our large group! We all enjoyed taking advantage of the spa bathtub! Lots of amenities! Checkin was easy. We were very impressed! The only downfall was the dishes weren’t quite large enough to cook for a big group, but we made do with the many smaller dishes. Overall loved it. Would completely recommend!

Frankenmuth house

Within walking distance from town. Not real close, but doable. Nice house. Clean. Loved the backyard. It was fenced so it was nice that our granddaughter could play without worrying she would run out in the street. The street in front of the house is VERY busy. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped if you want to cook while there. But the appliances were nice. We would stay there again.

Anchor Church Women's Retreat

We loved our stay at the Frankenmuth Harmony Haus! The house itself was charming and cozy. There were lots of very soft blankets, fun games, and a nice kitchen for all of the food that we brought. The beds were really comfortable in the house itself was clean. We loved that it was within walking distance to restaurants and shops as well as the covered bridge. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Kaeley did an excellent job communicating with us, available to answer questions before the trip, and even accommodated an and even accommodated a later check out. A great house and an excellent host!

Wedding party

Over all great. The heating system needs work. There is just one steam heater at the top of the stairs for 4 bedrooms. The heater in the master bedroom on the first floor sounded like a train rolling into a station. It clinked and clanked all night long. Manager was notified and brought us ear plugs and notified maintenance who came out promptly. The issue continued but not as loudly. It is a very old system. There were space heaters in the closet to be used. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the town.

Wedding Weekend Review

The house has a lot of quirks and even though it's old there are a lot of projects that still need to be completed. That being said the location was close to downtown which is what we needed and there was ample room for family and friends to stop over and wish the bride and groom love the day after the wedding. Our host was super responsive and quick to help which is awesome. The only other comments is that it is close to the police and fire department so it can be loud at times, the other downside is there's not a lot of room for parking but I'm not sure much could be done with the space allowed. Overall it was a good weekend it was a good stay and we are grateful to have a safe convenient place to stay to celebrate our daughter's wedding.

Fell short of expectations

Pros: the owners are easily accessible and responsive. Great location, they worked hard to help us have an early check in. Loved fenced yard and games. Cons: the listing stated newly remodeled and it clearly is more “well loved” Many broken items (side tables, chairs, dressers). Kitchen is well stocked but items are well used and all over the place. Organizing between guests or labels would help tremendously. The biggest issue we had was heating. The upstairs only had one radiator in the hall so the bedrooms were freezing at night. My infant and toddler were way too cold the first night and when I messaged the owner I was asked if the heat was working, but also told each closet had a space heater so it was clearly Known that the rooms got cold. The space heater situation with kids around was extremely stressful and possibly dangerous. Also, there was exposed electrical boxes and loose electrical outlets. Under the couches, in between cushions and under beds was extremely dirty and dusty. We didn’t go looking for this, our kids toys would fall and we’d need to get them, but you can also plainly see under the beds/ couches that it needs to be cleaned. The bathroom cabinets are also filled with partially used items. It truly feels more like you stepped Into someone else’s home and not a vacation rental. We wanted to love it but it fell short. Also if you’re tall or on the larger size the upstairs bathroom may not be a fit (low ceilings and narrow hallway).
