Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom of 12 m2 features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a hand-basin and a separate WC. The open kitchen of 8 m2 is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living area. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. The ground floor rooms are connected by stairs through a mezzanine arrangement. On the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings. The first upper floor bedroom measures 12 m2 and contains 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a hand-basin, and direct access to the balcony.
