The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.
On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining room spans 25 m2 and is furnished with cosy, characterful wooden furniture in keeping with the overall aesthetic of the home. A Scandinavian wood-burning stove serves as the centrepiece of this space, adding warmth and atmosphere. From here, you have direct access to both the terrace and the patio. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom of 12 m2 features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a hand-basin and a separate WC. Adjacent to this area, a small open kitchen of 8 m2 is fully equipped for your culinary needs. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. The rooms on the ground floor are connected by an internal mezzanine staircase.
Ascending via the spiral staircase to the upper floor, you will find a second bedroom of 11 m2 with characterful sloping ceilings and 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
