"The room was not very clean. The bedding and towels had old stains on them. It was was very hard for housekeeping to provide us towels. There were no bugs in our room but they were out in the hallway. The property needs to be updated and needs more staff. "

Front desk didn’t tell us had to use room key to go up the elevator. So after going up and down, someone finally told us how. Front desk was not very professional.
