On a working farm, gite on the first floor of the owner's house in a quiet village in Lunévillois.  
Quick and easy access from the Nancy Strasbourg axis at 11 minutes.  
Lunéville and its castle are 15 minutes away, Nancy and Place Stanislas 35 minutes away.  
All shops (bakery, pharmacy, mini-market...) 7 minutes away in Gerbéviller.  
You are also close to the Vosges, Charmes at 25 minutes, Epinal at 45 minutes and the Hautes Vosges at 1 hour.  
Public charging station equipped with 2 charging points and a car-sharing electric vehicle 50 meters from the cottage.  
Possibilities of walks from the cottage to nearby forests. Common entrance then independent access upstairs.  
Integrated kitchen with dining area, living room (sofa bed, possibility of sleeping 2 people at an additional cost), a large bedroom with a double bed.  
  
Bathroom with double washbasin, shower and bathtub.  
Corridor giving access to the second bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate WC.
