"This is like a guest house. The owners are extremely respectful of your privacy. We didn’t see them the whole time other than the initial check in. Great, timely communication & very helpful w/ any questions. Beautiful property! Great location between trunk, cinnamon, & mahogany bay. Highly recommend & would definitely stay here again!"

"We were looking for a clean, comfortable home in St. John to spend a week with our best friends. We found a hidden GEM with Island Dreams. I could have stayed here for the rest of my life. The place is everything and more that we had hoped for. The property was very private, the view over Coral Bay was breathtaking. Everything was very close and convenient to get to. The outdoor pool was so clean and refreshing every afternoon after spending a day on the beach. The landscape was very well maintained. If you are looking for a quaint home that checks all the boxes this is it. Everything you need for snorkeling or spending a day sunbathing on the beach is provided. The owner was very kind and easy to reach, the manager Leo was always available if we needed ANYTHING! We will definitely be back to book here again in the near future! We give this place a 10 out of 10!"

"We had a great Stay at Bay Rum Breeze. The property is a bit older but everything was clean and in great working condition. The location overlooking the East End and Coral Bay was unbeatable. There is plenty of room bedrooms are nicely spaced out. One thing you should know - do NOT rent a regular car if you are staying here. A Jeep or other high-clearance vehicle is a must. The "road" up to the house is rough and will eat the innards out of any sedan-type vehicle. But once there you find a true island paradise and will have a hard time convincing yourself to leave. We will definitely be back."

"Perfect little cottage for a couple to relax with a beautiful view and excellent breeze. Truly newly renovated, very clean, well-appointed with all the things you might need while there (spices, nice cookware, great towels, brand new dishes/cutlery, generous shampoo/condition/body wash, nice beach towels, light throw blankets, even an XL dry bag that doubled well as a backpack cooler). The AC works so well it barely had to run so they must have insulated quite well in the renovation which made a peaceful and comfortable sleep each night. It is tucked away 1 mile off the main road to make it convenient to access, but in a quiet spot. Dirt driveway access and parking are a bit rustic, but normal for STJ and better than the super steep driveways that some locations have- we found it easier to come and go from here than some other spots we have stayed in the past. We were trying to think of anything to suggest and could only come up with a comfy outdoor couch for one empty corner of the deck to truly lounge outdoors but they do have adirondack and bar stools already - really can't say they didn't try to think of everything. We truly enjoyed our stay!"

"This property is absolutely stunning. The views are incredible. You have almost 360 view from the rooftop. The pool is perfect and the outdoor shower was the thing I didn’t know I needed in my life after a day snorkeling. The hammock was completely relaxing and the home was so clean. We have zero complaints. The location and house are absolutely spectacular."

"Nice small house on Coral Bay that meets all the requirments.AC worked well, pool was nice and a well stocked kitchen. We had daily visits from the goats that came to drink from the pool but didn't really bother us at all. Parking is a little challenging but we managed, just take it slow as you back down the narrow driveway. There is no washer and dryer which I had read in a review that there was one, a comfy bed and plenty of outdoor furniture give Harbour Lights a very home away from home feeling. Some black out curtins is the only thing missing but overall a great place."

"This is a wonderful property with a wonderful host. I highly recommend this property for your St. John vacation. We loved the Coral Bay area for the peace and quiet it offers. The fantastic breeze coming off the ocean kept the unit perfectly comfortable and made the patio wonderful for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The unit provides easy access to the North Shore Beaches along with Salt Bay and the east end locations like Hansen Bay. I don't have anything bad to say at all about the property, we loved it! While I don't love all of the taxes and cleaning fees, they help provide a living for those that clean and the taxes help support the island. I can live with that any day. Highly recommended property!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Sapphire Sunrise! The home was very well appointed and met/exceeded all of our needs. We were met by a representative in Cruz Bay who had us follow him to the house which was especially helpful as we arrived after dark. He welcomed us to the home and made sure to answer all of our questions. The air conditioning worked quite well and we had no maintenance issues during our stay. There were plenty of beach towels, and as of our stay in May/June 2026, there were 6 very nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs available as well as 2 soft side backpack coolers. Communication was excellent and prompt! We will definitely be staying here again on future trips."
