Dear guests, I took care of the details of my house to welcome those who want to enjoy their holiday in a comfortable and prestigious location. The villa is for your exclusive use, situated in the splendid Apulian countryside. Far from the noise and traffic of the city, it is 2 minutes by car from the town center.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, it can accommodate up to 5 people.


The villa, recently completely renovated, is equipped with all modern comforts, from the video entryphone, burglar alarm, electric gate, to the masonry safe and air-conditioned rooms. The outer space of 2500 square meters is used as an olive grove and orange grove.
In the front it is the host of a large veranda where you can relax in the shade enjoying a beautiful sunset. The back is ideal for dining with an olive grove view. A wood-fired oven and a barbecue are at your disposal to enjoy a barbecue together and experience the Apulian countryside.
Functional is the external masonry shower built in a private corner.
The interior of the house consists of two double bedrooms, equipped with linen and double pillow, flat-screen TV and wardrobe. Inside one of the two it is possible to insert a single bed or a cradle.
In the living area there is a round openable table, armchairs and TV.
The cozy and comfortable kitchen is equipped with dishes, an oven, a microwave oven, an espresso machine, a kettle, linen and a convenient snack bar.
A washing machine and dishwasher are included.
The refined and elegant bathroom area is equipped with a king-size shower and linen.
