"Breakfast muffins and coffee were the best part of breakfast , everything else was 2 stars when it came to breakfast , the Otis spunkmire cookies were delicious , elevator was sketchy, but the beds in the room as well as AC was 5 Stars Tv was limited per usual Shower floor was clean but didn’t look it Room was 4.5 out of 5"

"Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. We booked a suite with a pull-out couch but the staff didn’t have any extra bedding ready for us. We requested bedding but they didn’t give us any pillows or a blanket; they said they didn’t have any to spare. Defeats the purpose of booking a room with an extra bed if it can’t be properly used. Shower tub was old and dirty. Very thin walls; we were kept up late at night and awoken early in the morning from different neighboring rooms talking and fighting. "
