"The location is one of the best kept secrets on the island! Beautiful, peaceful and perfect for hanging at the beach, kayaking or grilling. Charlie is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. The place was immaculate, well-equipped and charming. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare several meals and the grill was spotless. Plenty of outside seating, and comfortable inside too. We spent more time than intended at villa because there was a cold front that kept us out of the water, but I couldn’t complain with a comfortable house and a beautiful view. Charlie also has cars for rent and if the weather had cooperated, we would have rented his boat too! He was such a great host, we look forward to staying with him again on this beautiful island. "

"The Host was very responsive our only issue was that the stove did not work and we had hired an outside service to prepare a meal later in the week and they ended up having to cook it on the grill, which did not turn out very well. Otherwise, the house was great. Internet was painfully slow but that is a product of the area I assume."

"This is a gorgeous place to stay. The seclusion and quiet are just what we needed. I have never seen a more beautiful view of turquoise water. It was stunning. Charlie was a great host. The home was very clean. We rented both a car and a boat from Charlie which was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay again! A few tips: when you arrive, there is no water. You must either rent a car or call a taxi to go to the store to get some. Bring cash, a lot of it. Cars, boats, many restaurants only take cash. Bring bug spray. The no-see-ums are mighty. "

"the views are indescribable! You wake up with water all around you and your own private deck, where you can watch the sting rays, sea turtles and starfish right through the crystal clear water! Our cottage/room was sufficient for our week vacation. My only improvement would be larger bathroom and hooks on wall for hanging clothes. Pretty minor for our 5 star trip! "

"We enjoyed our stay at Rolle Town Retreat. Upon arrival, we found the house very clean. It had all the appliances needed to fix your own meals. Two bedrooms, one bath—all very nicely done. Enjoyed the double kayak which was provided—though it would be nice if there were two single kayaks. Perfect place to explore Man-O-War Cay, Moriah Harbor Cay National Park, and Little Exuma. Also, Starlink was provided for WiFi which was very important for us, as we have to conduct business on the Internet. So, all in all, we were very pleased. "
