"Honestly the best vacation home I've ever booked. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with essentials, any kind of pots, pans, utensils, small cooking electronics you could need was there. They also had everything you would need for pool time, snorkeling, kayaking. Bug spray, coolers of all sizes available, sunscreen. It was so nice! Also CLEAN, I'm a cleaner by trade so this is something I naturally notice. The place was just so nice. Felt very private, perfect for our anniversary. Bed was comfy too! I had to check the brand to buy for myself. First aid kit was there. Towels, games. I hope to stay again. The host was great at communicating how to get there, what to do, and what to expect. He gave a lot of little info that became very useful for a smooth and comfortable stay. Recommended good things to do and places to eat. Highly highly highly recommend this host and property!"

"This house is the perfect place to take in all that Exuma has to offer!! Stunning panoramic views from the porch perfect to watch the sunrise. Beautiful house on a big piece of property so no worries about privacy or neighbors being to close. 20 minutes from Georgetown so easy to get provisions. We rented a boat for the week and the dock was perfect for keeping it tied up."

"The house is very basic but has everything that you will need. Our only two small problems were that we had to repair the air conditioner hose to be able to keep cool air in the house so I hope this has been fully repaired. And the second was that we were not told ahead of time to flip the outdoor solar switch so that we would have electricity all night long so I hope that in the future that will be included in the instructions for check-in. Other than that the location is great and the Privacy is absolutely wonderful with your own beautiful gorgeous Beach and water that is the prettiest I have ever seen. The ability to be able to walk all the way across the inlet to the other Beach When the tide is low was absolutely fantastic! The snorkeling was totally fabulous and I even got to see my first full grown lemon shark swim by me right off of our private beach which was an incredible experience! If you are not looking for anything fancy but want privacy and absolutely the most gorgeous water around and also Ultra comfortable beds I would totally recommend renting this property. You will not regret it! Thank you so much to Samuel and to James for making our experience beautiful and making us already think about when we are coming back to rent from you again!"

"Perfect x10!! This was our second stay at Calm Waters Villa in Exuma, and somehow we loved it even more this time! We had the entire property, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The views are spectacular, the private beach is beautiful, and the dipping pool is the perfect place to relax and take it all in. Every detail of the property is so well thought out. It is incredibly clean, organized, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. We felt completely at home, while also feeling like we were staying in our own private little piece of paradise. The beach, dock, pool, privacy, and those incredible Exuma views made it very hard to leave! The owners are wonderful and extremely responsive, and you can tell they have put so much thought and care into making this property special. We truly can’t say enough good things about Calm Waters Villa. After two stays, we would come back again in a heartbeat. Absolutely perfect in every way! Michelle H."

"Incredible find! Truly one of a kind in Exuma. Amazing views. Great communication. Clean and well equipped. It is a studio, so 2 People max. Small fridge so limited groceries. No freezer although they do have a small ice maker. Overall this is a great place. They made to most of the small space. Would stay here again."

"★★★★★ We just returned from the most incredible eight-day stay at Calm Water Villas in Exuma, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this property or its owners, Greg and Meg. We stayed in the Beach front Cottage and had the entire property to ourselves. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home—only in paradise! The cottage was incredibly cozy, spotless, beautifully maintained, and honestly felt brand new. The bedding was phenomenal, and Greg and Meg have thought of absolutely everything. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance we could possibly need, along with thoughtful extras like spices and teas. Having our own washer and dryer was also such a huge bonus—we came home from vacation with clean clothes! What really sets Calm Water Villas apart, though, is the attention to detail. Greg and Meg have clearly poured their hearts into this property, and you can feel that love everywhere. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they went above and beyond to decorate for us and make our stay feel so personal and special. From the bathrobes and shoes to the handbag, beautiful embroidered towels, and all the little touches throughout the cottage, nothing was overlooked. The property itself is gorgeous and so well equipped. They have just about every water activity you could want, including kayaks, snorkels, and water shoes. We had the best day taking the kayaks out and enjoying the beautiful water. The pool was lovely and refreshing, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. But one of our favorite memories of the entire trip was simply sitting outside on the patio at night, looking up at the stars. It was peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable. The location was another huge plus. It was centrally located, making it so easy for us to explore Exuma and everything the island has to offer. Our driver, Paul, was also phenomenal. He picked us up with ease, brought us right to the cottage, and gave us so many wonderful recommendations for places to visit, things to do, and restaurants to try. Greg and Meg have created something truly special at Calm Water Villas. It isn’t just a beautiful place to stay—you can genuinely feel how much thought, care, and love has gone into making their guests feel at home. We had an absolutely phenomenal week in Exuma, made so much better by having this beautiful place to come home to each day. We already cannot wait to come back. Five stars without hesitation! 🌴⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Wow! What a beautiful place!! We loved every moment. Easy check in and great communication In fact, they go above and beyond for you!! Jack and Kay were amazing. There isn’t anything negative we have to say!! Shipwreck had everything we needed. Coffee k-cups, filtered water, air conditioning, and all the kitchen utensils to kayaks!! Jack and Kay communicated very well and were responsive (within minutes). Kay, thank you so very much . You went above and beyond. We will be back and we will let others know about your place!! "The home at GOTA Villas was excellent. It is literally perched on the water, the pictures don’t do it justice. Amazing snorkeling right out front - we saw many turtles, stingrays, small sharks, and many, many fish on the breakwater. The house is beautiful. Rodman was very responsive with communication as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again."
