Outdoor storage area with fishing nets, boogie boards, buckets and spades. Garage for 1 car (shared); additional forecourt parking for 1 car (shared). No smoking. Please note: There are steps to the entrance and the decked patios.. Anchor Loft is a spacious and well-proportioned maisonette situated in an elevated position, boasting wonderful views of the estuary and beyond. Here you have the added advantage of a shared garage parking space, a balcony with exceptional views and two sheltered decked patio areas for those well-deserved relaxing days.

    Anchor Loft is situated at the top of the town affording fabulous views across the river. Only a 10 minute walk brings you down to the sandy beach at Readymoney Cove or a 20 minute walk into the town centre. The advantage of being at the top of the town, apart from the stunning views, is the easy access in and out of Fowey without having to negotiate the narrow one-way streets of the town centre. Also, if you have walked down into the town and don’t have the energy to walk back up there is always Fowey Town Bus which runs throughout the day.

Stunning views from the lovely Anchor Loft.

Stunning views from the lovely Anchor Loft. The house is very well equipped. Easy walk into Fowey but steep coming back. Mini bus runs to the main car park not far away from the house if you don’t fancy the steep walk uphill. Unloading and loading the car was challenging down and up the 18 steps from parking onto the patio - we are in our mid-seventies and this should be mentioned in the house description.Otherwise had a great stay in a very comfortable home..

Lovely house with a fantastic view

The house was perfect for us. The rooms were all nicely furnished and clean. The view of the estuary and Polruan was amazing - something to see at all times. There are lots of lovely walks, Fowey is worth a wander round- places to visit by car are not far away. The house is up some steps so may be tricky if anybody has mobility issues. We had a lovely holiday.
