Comment peut-on faire le ménage sans eau? Je m'explique ensuite. Nous y trouvons aussi pas mal de toile d'araignée....En fin de urnée on s'aperçoit que nous n'avons pas d'eau, pas d'eau chaude non plus. Pour ces faits, l'agence à été réactive lors de mon appel et ils ce sont déplacés rapidement.. Mais la suite elle est juste nadmissible et non-ententable.Donc pas d'eau au depart, ni d'eau chaude ça coule de source. Sauf qu'on ce retrouve sur un week-end tempête, vent et pluie.Nous avons eu de l'eau qui rentrer de l'extérieur dans la maison et pas de chauffage alors que nous avions 4 enfants en bas-âge. Je contact à plusieurs reprises l'agence qui à l'audace, le touper de me dire ben le chauffage n'est pas compris dans votre séjour!!!! Pardon monsieur, mais nous n'avons pas décidé du temps de ce week-end donc serait-il possible de mettre en marche la chaudière??? Oui bien-sur!!! Ah mince elle est en panne... Nous sommes dimanche soir et nous attendons toujours l'appel du réparateur qui devait passer samedi en fin de journée. Le propriétaire nous a tout de même autorisé l'utilisation de sa cheminée...brefMaison ou agence à fuire svp car même pas un geste commercial proposé pour tous ces désagrément et ce malgré le prix du week-end.Une honte. ##### Gwénaëlle M.
