Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, combination oven (fan-assisted oven, microwave, and grill), vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, and more. Sleeping accommodations: a 140cm bed and a 140cm sofa bed in the living room, plus a 90cm bed in the office. Leisure amenities: TV, DVD player, and garden furniture. Parking available. Surface area: 37 m². Nearby: Quiet neighborhood, 50m from the sea, 500m from the North Beach. Town center is 1.2km away, and a supermarket is 500m away.
