Great location & property

We thoroughly enjoyed our break at Le Nid. Claude is a wonderful host. He is on hand should you encounter any issues or just want advice about where to go & what to do. The property is in a great location, ideally situated for the one small beach which is dog friendly all year round. The small enclosed garden is peaceful to sit and also safe for dogs. The gite is comfortable, clean and very peaceful. We loved our few days here and look forward to returning in the future.

Hébergement très bien situé au calme et à quelques mètres de la plage de l’espérance. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner car la marée était basse et les coefficients faibles. Les couchers de soleil reste malgré tout magnifique.Claude nous a très bien reçu et nous a apporté de nombreux renseignements sur les environs à visiter.Literie de très bonne qualité. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition des vélos pour se déplacer sans avoir à prendre la voiture.

Vielen Dank Claude und Nicole für eine wunderschöne Woche bei euch. Wir haben die toll eingerichtete Wohnung sehr genossen und mit den Fahrrädern aus dem Schuppen die Stadt/Umgebung erkundet. Es war zwar nicht immer Strandwetter, aber es gab immer etwas zu tun.

Le gîte est conforme à l'annonce, à proximité du littoral, avec de belles promenades possibles le long de l'estuaire et des carrelets, hôtes très sympas, vélos à disposition pour se rendre au centre de Fouras, dont on est un peu à l'écart, petit terrain clos idéal pour nos deux chiens... La location est en tous points conforme aux descriptions ainsi qu 'aux photos, décorée avec gout en mélangeant plusieurs atmosphères ...on s'y sent vraiment bien ,l'environnement calme et la proximité de la plage ainsi que du chemin littoral en font un endroit très agréable. La mise à disposition gratuite des vélos est incontestablement un point positif pour vraiment profiter des jolies ballades , nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps très ensoleillé et ainsi de pouvoir profiter de la terrasse , du barbecue et notre petite chienne du jardin . séjour nature et détente

Nous avons découvert la région de Fouras, c'est un site très paisible et agréable. Marché tous les matins. De belles ballades à faire à pied ou à vélo. La maison "le Nid" est confortable et cosy. Rien n'y manque et son hôte Claude est un homme très sympathique et hospitalier qui prend à coeur le confort et le bien être de ses hôtes. La maison, avec sa mezzanine, a beaucoup de charme. Bref nous avons adoré et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir
