Courtyard with outbuilding comprising: one bedroom, shower room/WC and small laundry room. Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ... Sleeping: 3 beds of 140\. Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture, plancha. Surface area: 70 m². 200 m from the town center, large beach, South beach and North beach 500 m. Bus station 800 m and SNCF train station 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 min. TO BE PAYED upon arrival: security deposits of €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax.
