Charming 60 m² stone house in Fouras, all on one level and facing south, ideal for 3 to 4 people. It offers a bright 28 m² living room, 2 bedrooms, and an additional sleeping area on a mezzanine, as well as a shower room with WC. The fully equipped kitchen and numerous amenities ensure a comfortable stay. You will enjoy a private courtyard with a terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the sun just steps from the town center and beaches.
Located 500 m from the sea and the beach, 300 m from shops and the town center; bus station 0.5 km away and Saint-Laurent de la Prée train station 6.3 km away; Rochefort thermal baths a 15-minute drive away.
TO BE PAID upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:
- Linens: bed linens €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
- Cleaning: €100.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.

Très bon séjour, location idéale sur Fouras, très bien ėquipėe.
Nous avons passé 4 jours magnifiques à Fouras, station balnéaire que nous adorons. Nous ėtions en famille et avons apprécié la localisation de cette location. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Toutefois la literie aurait besoin d'être changée. Sinon, tout est parfait. L'aménagement extėrieur et intérieur sont au top. La cour intérieure fermėe sans vis-à-vis est un vrai plus. On laisse la voiture et on fait tout à vėlo ! La boîte a clefs à l'arrivée est super pratique. Nous avons cependant peinė à trouver la bonne clef. Ajouter des pastilles couleurs pour s'y retrouver plus facilement avec les 5 clefs serait un vrai plus. Cette maison est au top.
