It comprises a living room, three bedrooms (two with double beds 140x190 cm and one with single beds), and a shower room with WC. The kitchen and numerous amenities (Wi-Fi, washing machine, flat-screen TV, etc.) ensure a comfortable stay. You will enjoy a southwest-facing terrace with furniture and sun loungers, a secure communal swimming pool, as well as a garage and private parking. Pets are welcome.

Ideally located: opposite the South Beach, 200 m from the pedestrian street and its shops. Bus stops E and J are right in front of the apartment, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.

PAYABLE upon arrival: Two security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. Pets: €30/pet + a €100 security deposit.
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.

The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
