"Comfortable bed, lovely outdoor pool/patio area. Gracious customer service. Once again, as is my experience at many hotels, the overwhelming scent in the lobby!"

"Our coffee machine had to be replaced twice and the coffee in the room was horrible. We got in late on a Thursday night and the hotel didn’t have any coffee out. The dinner at the Restaurant was bland. The pay for breakfast buffet or hot off the grill meals were better with some good side choices. All staff were great."

"Do not stay here. This place does not look like the pictures. We checked in and immediately checked out. They still charged us a full three nights stay. And said I had to take it up with Expedia. Expedia told me to contact management since they’re the ones who charged me. When I contacted management, they said it’s not their policy to refund, or cancel within 24 hours of check-in. I told him how am I supposed to know how bad the place is 24 hours before I check in if I’ve never been there. And if your pictures represent one thing in and in real life, they’re completely different. They reluctantly agreed to reimburse me two nights out of the three. But I have yet to see any credit on my credit card. So basically they just lied to me to get me off the phone. This hotel has terrible customer service. And I would not recommend that anyone stay here."

"There was no parking at all!!!!!! The person in the front desk told me to park next door which was some business office!!! The breakfast it was ridiculous they only had blueberry muffins and guess what they didn’t had coffee because there excuse was we don’t have cups. Our delivery was late!!!! Like really it’s a hotel you have guess why wouldn’t you have coffe cups. Our room was not clean at all!! They didn’t had any shampoo or soap. It was a really bad experience!!! We honestly didn’t leave because I drove more than 4 hours to get there we got to the hotel pretty late the only thing we wanted is to rest because we where going to have a long day the next day. "

"If you want to visit what feels like a future crime scene, STAY HERE!! Crack head smokingin front of my room, door frame was broken, window wouldn’t fully close with a 1” gap…… I couldn’t stay there. It was beyond habitable. Stay at your own risk. I honestly felt so unsafe and it was daylight!! Rebooked a local motel and moved on."
