"Very disappointed… this stay did not live up to the usual Four Seasons hospitality. The property was clearly understaffed, and the team seemed untrained. Towels at the pool were scarce, and the pool area itself was dirty. We visited in the morning and returned in the evening for a night swim, only to find the same used towels still there and the area not maintained. Sadly, we won’t be returning."

Spectacular Fountain Hills 5 Bdrm w/Pool and Views

"This home was perfect for our large family of 7. Gave us enough space, everyone had their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware, pots needs for basic cooking which helped us keep it a home away from home vibe. The location was beautiful and we even saw some wildlife they we are not use to. The pool was big enough for all 7 of us to be in and play or float around. The views allowed for some amazing photos. Will definitely miss AZ and this home."

"The area felt safe and VERY quiet! We are a family with young children so safety/security is top priority. I needed to contact about check-in questions when we arrived and received a prompt reply which was greatly appreciated! Everything was clean and as listed, they even had a few toys that our children enjoyed playing with on our brief stay. I would definitely recommend a stay here!"

"This house was roomy and well decorated with every amenity you could ask for. The pool was not heated (which we knew) but it was great for dipping your legs after a long hike. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes and silverware and coffee pods. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with fantastic views of the mountains. Communication with Joel couldn't have been better! Would highly recommend!"
