"Clean and well kept property 10-15 minutes walk to Fortitude Valley Station. Which means on a Friday or Saturday night you do have to walk past the drunk, passed out and throwing up on the way back to the hotel.
But a nice hotel. Parking is cramped and restricted by numerous A/C ducts.
A few places to eat nearby or a walk to James Street for a group of nice places to eat."
"I enjoyed my stay, close proximity to everything.
Not a quiet apartment
But excellent in accommodation, comfort, and location.
Would I stay again - yes I would
I would recommend Central Apartment to anyone. "
"Terrible service provided when wanted to check in after hours. They purpousely dropped my call through intercom multiple times without opening door. I thonk rhe staff are not frienfly with international people."

5/5 Excellent
"The building had an atmosphere about it. Yes it was old but had character about it.
The staff were great and helpful.
I have worked in a number of motel/ hotels and know that its not always the brand new fancy places that glitter and shine that are the draw card. Its the character and quality of the place and people that make it. "

"The front office staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was large and beds super clean and comfortable. Toilets/bath were clean but old and most probably need an update. The cleaning staff did a great job. More than sufficient tea and coffee supplies. The location is great, opposite the gardens."
"The hotel was modern and clean, the staff were professional and friendly. It's in a great location.
The free mini bar on in the premier room was a nice touch."
