"In general terms the pousada is good. Our bedroom was in a 3rd floor and no elevator so the luggage was a thing. The bedroom was a bit outdated, no place to put luggage and open them more than over the bed. Bathroom was fine, a bit tinny and toiletries were missed some days after cleaning and we had to go and ask for them. Breakfast was decent, positive thing is the tea time service from 4to 6pm for free that was very nice to have. The staff was not the happiest guys in the world, sometimes I...

"Todo o hotel é muito aconchegante. Nos sentimos em casa, com maiores regalias, pois toda a equipe do hotel é muito cuidadosa, a equipe da cozinha, da recepção (Leila e Mônica), da limpeza (Camila e Erlon) e do bar (Sandro). Os quartos são espaçosos, bem equipados, a piscina é ótima, sempre limpa, assim como todos os espaços do hotel. Tudo muito lindo e agradável, já estamos com saudades e o recomendamos muito!"

"The check in and check out process was good. The problem I have is with the false advertising. There is zero amenities. There was no statement telling me that I needed my own sheets, blanket and pillowcase. Also you don't find out your checkout time untill after you payment which is non refundable. Checkout time was 8am. "
