Mansão Santa Rita, tudo lindo!

Quero parabenizar os proprietários dessa bela casa, tudo ótimo, cumpriu o prometido. Passei o final de Semana com a família e amigos nessa linda casa, quero agradecer a Dona Mazé por a recepção com todos. A casa é linda, a piscina, os quartos enfim... Tudo perfeito! Quero não voltar mais vezes e recomendo este imóvel.

Passei 4 dias nesta casa MARAVILHOSA , adoorei de verdade , geeente vale muito a pena pois a casa é linda , confortável e barata pelas qualidades oferecidas , a Dona Mazé é uma ootima pessoa , gostei mt de passar esses dias ae , pois fomos bem recepcionados , gostamos do que vimos e nao nos arrependemos de nada . estou contando os dias para alugar novamente !

È com imensa alegria que compartilho com todos a grande satisfação em termos escolhido a mansão Santa Rita para realizarmos nosso evento, Uma festa estilo Tropical que com todo requinte e luxo dessa mansão abrilhantou os 15 anos da aniversariante com muitas felicidades !!! Só tenho a agradecer a Srª Rita a qual conheci pessoalmente em Canoa Quebrada e ao Sr. Waldiley, sem também esquecer de todo zelo e acolhimento de D. mazé e sua família. Não tenho Dúvidas de que esta escolha foi a melhor do Cumbuco-CE.Recomendo a todos meus amigos que com certeza ficarão surpresos com a beleza e o conforto dessa linda mansão. abç Júlia Oliveira.

Contrato descumprido

Cuidado com o contrato firmado com esta casa! Estive lá por 15 dias! O local e os caseiros são fantásticos! Mas vários outros itens são enganosos: acomoda 30, nao e verdadade, lá só tem cama para 14! Geladeiras na funcionam, o frezer nao existe e a maquina de lavar nao tem! A agua da casa é de péssima qualidade. A internet nesses quinze dias de estadia só funcionou 3 dias! E a tv a cabo foi cortada por falta de pagamento no terceiro dia de estadia! Outra coisa que incomodou muito foi a presença de gatos dentro da casa e ratos fora delas! O sistema de segurança esta desligado e as portas da casa podem ser abertas com muita facilidade sem chaves! Existem outras acomodações na redondeza! Muito boa a praia, mas a propaganda da casa é enganosa! Nao recomendo!
