Great view of the fireworks display of the New Year's Eve party in Fortaleza. Near the excellent bars, restaurants and nightclubs of Fortaleza. Located in a RESIDENTIAL, 100 meters from Beira-Mar Avenue, beautiful postcard of the city of Fortaleza, where is located the traditional Beira-Mar fair, and 1.5 km from Dragão do Mar Cultural Center, center with several attractions such as theater, cinema and museum. It is 2 km from Fortaleza Central Market, perfect place to buy regional items. It is also close to the metal bridge, beautiful tourist spot with stunning sea views. The condominium has a large leisure structure with swimming pools, sauna, playroom, gym, conference room. The apartment has 112sqm with 4 suites, 3 with air conditioning, water heating system, cable tv and free wifi internet, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes. Estivemos hospedados no apartamento entre 19/07/2015 a 27/07/2015 em um total de 10 pessoas (9 adultos e 1 criança). Ficamos muito bem acomodados e ainda sobrava espaço pra mais pessoas. O Apartamento fica em um prédio novo, ao lado do aterro de Iracema. Muito bonito, a vista da sacada é exatamente igual a foto do anúncio. Completamente equipado com os utensílios de cozinha. Máquina de lavar roupas, Ar Condicionado em todos os quartos. TV de LCD, Internet Wi-fi, banheiros com ducha forte de água quente e fria. As piscinas lindas, mas pra nós que somos "frientos" ficamos só contemplando e usufruindo da área ... já que a água estava bem gelaaaada... srrsrs. A localização não poderia ser melhor, padaria, restaurante, bancos, lan-house em frente... tudo muito perto. Alugue uma bicicleta ao lado do Boteco Praia (que fica bem pertinho) e vá pedalar, é muito bom! Quanto aos donos do imóvel, pessoas decentes, educadas e sempre atentos à tirar qualquer dúvida nossa. Toda a transação saiu exatamente conforme combinado. Enfim, só posso realmente agradecer a Diah e Paulo, foi muito bom me hospedar em seu lindo apartamento. Viajamos em um grupo com 7 pessoas, todos nós ficamos perfeitamente acomodados. Todos os quartos tinham ar condicionado. No apartamento ao total tinha 4 TVs Lcd distribuidas pelos quartos e a sala. Sala de jantar e de estar integrada. Um apartamento excelente para todas as ocasiões. Ano passado fiz a mesma viagem e fiquei em hotel, e posso garantir que este apartamento é muitooo, muitoo mesmo melhor que o hotel e bem mais barato. Além do excelente apartamento com sacadas, redes e todo equipado com os minimos detalhes, tivemos acesso as 7 piscinas do apartamento, a area fitness (academia), area de jogos, lan house, home cinema e uma excelente recepção, como a de um hotel 5 estrelas, só não tivemos acesso a sauna pois estava em manutenção... O apartamento fica a poucos passos da praia de iracema e do meu evento. Todos os hospedes ficaram impressionados e fascinados com a qualidade do serviço prestado. Hospedamo-nos num total de dez pessoas e com alguns ajustes (02 dormiram na sala) ficamos muito bem instalados, para completar a satisfação com o apartamento que é completo, tínhamos também uma excelente estrutura de condomínio a nossa disposição, num estilo home-club. A localização é a melhor de Fortaleza, aliás, se vai visitar Fortaleza e não conhece a cidade fique atento a esta dica, este apartamento está na melhor localização para hospedar-se, outras praias famosas são ótimas para passeios e para passar o dia, mas certamente não atenderão plenamente as suas demais necessidades, sobretudo de locomoção, o que inclui segurança na vizinhança. Os proprietários, merecem referências a parte, foram ótimos desde os primeiros contatos, sendo rápidos nos retornos e práticos na contratação, absolutamente corretos e pontuais em todas as fases da nossa negociação, se dispuseram e nos atenderam da melhor forma possível. Além de corretíssimos são uma simpatia de casal. Sempre que recomendar Fortaleza os recomendarei juntamente, deixaram a melhor das impressões. Todo o grupo agradece e esperamos revê-los em breve.
