With 100 m², 3-bedroom AP (2 suites) +1 bathroom on the (stairs), with 3AR (2split + 1 portable air conditioner of 10.500mbtus) - with split and hot shower = 1 double bed box - (* junior) with split = 1 double bed box and = 1 double bed box + 1 single bed box, in the living room 1 sofa bed (1 mattress on top and one on the bottom) + 1 mattress, being able to take the mattress to and o = 10 people. Furnished, refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker and kitchen utensils (pots, cutlery, plates, etc.). Great Location 50m from UPA24H, Taxi stand, End point of bus line 810, 4 minutes from Shopping Rio Mar and 10 minutes from Shopping Iguatemi, Airport 15 minutes.
