Great location, close to TCU and Fort Worth Zoo and museums. Sharon is a great host and the Craftsman home is so comfortable supplied with everything you could need, coffee, comfy bed, books and plenty of room to relax. We will definitely be back!

Beds were super comfy and the house was well stocked with all we needed. House was quaint with many neat features.
Great home with cozy features and close to everything - TCU, Zoo, etc. Extremely clean and truly a great place to stay while in Fort Worth. Great for families and friends. We will definitely book here again when family visits the area.
Cozy and super convenient. Property is filled with charm. Owner was fantastic with communication and even followed up to make sure we received check in information. Would definitely stay here again
VERY well furnished home with all the amenities and more. Loved the authenticity of the home and the thoughtful details you don’t see in modern homes. Will definitely book this one again!
Everything was great. Plenty of little extras to make your stay comfortable. Parking is a little tricky, but doable in a truck. Great location just a few minutes from Dickies. Would stay again.
Perfect location for TCU graduation activities - just 1 block from TCU. Easy access, well located for restaurants and venues, busy street but very quiet inside; modern Keurig for morning brewing. Our 2nd stay, but won't be the last.
We enjoyed our stay at University House. There was comfortable furniture with plenty of seating. The beds were nice. It includes all of the amenities one would need and there was plenty of extra toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues. The location was perfect, as it was easy and quick to get to anywhere in Fort Worth.
Sharon is the nicest! She checked on us before heading up due to the winter storm. The house was beautiful. It ’s an old solid wood home with plenty of charm. The heater was fantastic and I loved the curtains in all the bedrooms.
We stayed at The University House while visiting my son at TCU. Sharon was so kind and helpful and even turned the heat on early to warm the house for our arrival (due to a crazy cold snap). The house was very cute, well stocked and very close to campus. It felt like home away from home. It’s on a busy street but it’s quiet at night and we all had a great night of sleep in the comfortable beds. I will definitely try to stay here again when visiting my son.
The house was exactly what we needed for our eclipse trip! Plenty of room for us to relax, comfortably furnished and a well appointed kitchen. Hostess left a much welcomed pitcher of cold water in the fridge for us and a binder with info on the area and local eateries. Easy access to freeways and a quiet neighborhood at night. Would definitely recommend!
This is a lovely home with lots and lots of character. Original floors, windows and built ins make you feel like you're at grandma's house. Its roomy, spacious and there are lots of personal touches around the house, like autographed movie posters and artwork. Great location for a Fort Worth visit. We will be back.
The most wonderful little house!! (I say little because it was very “homey”, but actually tons of room!) From the second we walked in, it felt like home to our tired stock show family. Great location, clean, charming, and personal touches were perfect. We will be back for a fun weekend of the zoo and Botanical gardens or a girls weekends with my classmates. Thank you!
This was a great house for our girls weekend. Its location is great! We enjoyed walking to campus to see how much it's changed since we were students there. The house was a clean and comfortable place for us to relax and catch up. We didn't cook (too many great places to eat in FW!), but the kitchen appeared to be well-stocked. I was a little unsure about backing out of the driveway onto a busy street, but we had zero problems with it. Would be a great place to stay for football games/family weekend/graduation.
Wonderful bungalow with everything we needed, close to TCU
This is a charming, well-organized bungalow close to TCU, with two bedrooms, and absolutely everything a guest could need. The host even overnighted a coffee bean grinder for us! The home is tastefully filled with books and art, but done in such a way to leave plenty of room for our items. University drive is somewhat noisy, but we had been forewarned and brought earplugs, so we were fine. Overall, one of the best guest stays I have ever had. We were there for two weeks, and enjoyed the walks, dining, campus life, and quiet, comfortable reading spaces. Most highly recommend Sharon’s place.
