The washer was broken, there was a moldy coffee filter left in the coffee maker and a problem with ants as well as cleanliness. I contacted the property manager about the washer, filter and cleanliness. He responded that the washer was being replaced the day after we left and he would let his cleaning person know about the other stuff. There is a bar really close by that we could hear music coming from very late at night. Neighborhood is older and a little sketchy, but we did feel safe.
