The owner was responsive and great to work with. The garage parking is a plus. The loft-style master suite didn't work well for us, since my husband gets up early and I am more of a night owl. There is no way to block the noise from the open living room, so if one person is awake, everyone is awake. I would also recommend upgrades to the kitchen such as swapping out the plastic plates and bowls with nicer options, and purchasing a full set of utensils rather than the half-set of mixmatched utensils and plasticware. Last, it would have been nice to have more than 2 towels in the master suite, and some extra blankets and pillows. These are easy fixes, and would take this property to five stars. ##### Terry R. My family was in town for a baseball tournament. This place was located perfectly for us! Close to TCU and the Stockyards! Easy to get to everything! This Townhouse was a perfect place to stay while we were in Fort worth for me and my family of mostly teenagers. A great layout ! This place was super roomy, decorated beautifully, within walking distance of some amazing restaurants, and super close to shopping. It was close to many restaurants and bars and a quick drive to TCU. The owner was so easy to work with and had excellent communication. The beds were super comfortable, the only thing is if you like it dark in the morning, the master might not be for you. Because it's a loft, it gets a lot of sunlight first thing in the morning (there are shades covering the opening, but they don't shut all of the light out). Timely communication with Georgina (owner) before during and after made for a worry-free stay. Check-in process is well thought-out and smooth. Condo is more spacious than expected. We had 6 adults and 8 would be very comfortable with the extra-large pullout couch in addition to the 3 beds in the large bedrooms. Plenty of space in the well stocked kitchen and the open concept dining / living area with high ceilings Spent mornings on the patio with our coffee and late nights with the gas firepit enjoying the beautiful weather under the accent lighting. The Magnolia Ave area is walkable from the condo and we enjoyed the Paris Diner for brunch and Maggies R & R for an outdoor lunch.
