There is also a huge patio area with plenty of seating and ample lawn space to run around on. in terms of sleeping arrangement: The master bedroom has a lavish king bed. The second and third bedroom offers the same with queens. The fourth bedroom has 2 bunk beds and an option for a pullout bed to allow all kinds of groups or kids/adults. The home was clean and had everything we needed. When the power went out one morning, the maintenance team was responsive and fixed the issue quickly. The home is very well located. This property was perfect for our large group of eight. We were in town to bury our dear oldest brother. The space was large enough for each of us to feel comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with needed accommodations including a Keurig for much needed morning coffee. The property manager communications was quick and accommodating. Loved our stay! ##### Joyce J. There are several restaurants that deliver locally, so you never have to even leave for meals. Our questions were responded to quickly by the host. We spent a few summer days - my wife and I and our 2 young adult sons - for a family get away. We were looking for a place with a pool, and this was perfect. The pool was great. We enjoyed cooking and having meals together. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing we were not aware of - is that the house is on a pretty busy street. The house was lovely and had everything we could ever need. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. The 4-stars for location is simply because we had a small dog that requires walks. The area was not great for walking our four-legged toddler due to the street, NOT the area. We felt totally safe in the area, the street just could get busy. Most importantly it was very clean. The check in process gave me a little anxiety. I don't know if I missed a step on the way there, but I thought I had filled out everything I needed too. I hadn't received a door code, so I messaged at 3:45 for a 4:00 check in and the host asked lot of questions. Had me wait in the driveway for about 20 minutes while he "checked things out". I guess we passed whatever he had to check out and were very pleased with the house. Later I found out from my sister that people had been renting houses in North Richland Hills and throwing large parties and trashing houses. So that may have been what happened here. ##### Susan L.
