Modern spacious home in Fort Worth that can sleeps up to 20 people comfortably. Just minutes to downtown FW, Stockyards, Dickies Arena, Cultural District, Alliance Center, TCU, DFW airport, AT&T Stadium and more. The house is perfect for any group size to relax and explore. It features with many amenities such as Hot Tub (fits up to 8 people), Mini-Golf, outdoor BBQ dining, fully stocked coffee bar, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs with Netflix, and premium mattresses and beddings for the best sleep.

Welcome to this newly built single family one story home that was completed in 2024. This modern open concept home has 4 bedrooms and 1 garage converted bedroom with HVAC installed and 3 full bathrooms. The hosue is equipped with high speed internet 400 Mbps, Smart TVs in all room except for one bedroom and a smart TV in the patio, and a very entertaining big patio equipped BBQ grill, dining table set, lounging area, hot tub (fits up to 8 people), and mini-golf (putter and balls provided). There’s plenty of parking spaces (6 cars on driveway and 2 cars on the street in front of the house.)

This house is convienently located near Downtown Fort Worth, Stockyards, Alliance Town Center, DFW Airport and more.

Everything about the house was comfortable and more than we needed. The hot tub was in great condition and the size gave everyone their own space. It is in a desolate area so it was difficult to find at first.

Property was great. Very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy if I’m being honest but we had no issues whatsoever and it was very quiet. Easy check in and out process and great communication with the owners.

Good place to stay

Nice big house for 20 sleeps. Close to freeway. Neighborhood is little run down. Amenities options could be better. We have to fill our own propane if we want to use it. Like other vrbo properties propane should be available to use.

We did not stay there. It was not in a good part of town. I had bought the insurance. We canceled a month out but was never reimbursed. Do not waste your money on the insurance it is a scam. I paid $51 for insurance and it paid nothing.
