The house was clean and stocked with lots of extras. Kitchen worked well for our family Christmas dinner and our hosts helped us out with an extra table and seating. The weather was perfect for drinking coffee ( a small group of deer stopped by every day) on the front porch in the morning and using the fire pit in the evening. Private and quiet—we did check out Eagle Mountain Lake and went into Ft Worth a few times. Pretty easy driving around. Everywhere we went was 30 minutes or less.
