Staff at the front desk n dining area were so accommodating and friendly!!! Had a few glitches with the power in the bath n water pressure but we were only there one night so no biggie!

Location was great for our purposes. Friendly staff on reception (thanks Martin !) and in the dining room (used for 2 dinners as well as breakfast). Only let down was room was not serviced after the first night (3 day stay), and after being done they still missed replacing coffee and cups. That said we will stay here again next visit to this area.

I love the little sink in the room. It helps when you have two ladies getting ready for bed and in the morning getting ready.

Overall room iss spacious, clean and modern. Great for staying "close" to DFW. Having a restaurant on site is a great bonus!

The staff i delt with throughout my stay was nice and helpful. The things that we didnt like were the mattres on the sofa bed was heavily stained. The coffe maker was so dirty it had water in it it even had hair in it. We also didnt get housekeeping throughout our stay so we didn't get clean towels or trash bags for our room. Luckily our stay wasnt long and we weren't in the room to long.

So, we picked this hotel over other similarly priced ones because it said breakfast was included. It is not. It’s $9.99 per person. The indoor pool was also freezing. I asked at the front desk and it sounds like they won’t be heating the pool anytime soon. Pretty disappointing. The room was fine, but I wanted the extra amenities.

For the price, the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice. The only complaint I have is that the hotel placed loud, young children on the top floor. I asked for the situation to be addressed but got to hear it the second night/early morning (11 pm and 5-6 am) all over again.

We checked in for a one night stay and upon arrival there was nobody working the front desk. When someone finally came, they told us the system was down and they couldn’t check us in. They showed us to a random room which wasn’t the cleanest. We went downstairs to grab snacks since the restaurant was closed and the snacks were old and expired. We tried to go to the indoor pool, but the water was freezing and the pool area wasn’t kept well. Finally we asked for a new room and the new room was worse than the first room. There was a horrible smell and ripped carpet and couches. We decided that was our time to leave. We did not end up staying the night. The man at the front desk could care less and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I don’t recommend staying here unless you like dirty rooms and freezing indoor swimming pools.

Take guests complaints as a priority.
Outside looked amazing as did the lobby. Desk clerk wasn't over the top friendly but no complaints about her however the other girl didn't have time to look up from her phone 🙄 Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Didn't get the breakfast $13 is a bit much for a hotel breakfast so we went out. I'm guessing there were children above us due to the constant noise of jumping and yelling. Then at 4 am there was an alarm going off in the next room. Called the desk about children and alarm and nothing was done about it.
