  • The Tiara Mansion is located on 5 acres in the country near Fort Worth. It is approximately 17 miles from TCU and 22 miles from downtown and the stockyards. ATT and Glode Life park are about 31 miles, mostly freeway. The property has a private gated entrance and private pool an hot tub. The country house is made up of the main house and a separate 1200 square foot game room with all having beautiful views of the valley.
    There are 8 bedrooms and four baths in the main house with 5 large screen, TVs throughout the house. This property can accommodate up to 30 guests. The game room has a pool table, a baby grand piano, and a fully stocked kitchen with a massive quartz crystal counter top with 8 bar stools. It also has a 75 inch television and a full bath. Additionally, there is an inside ping pong table and a shuffleboard table.
    Tiara is fully equipped for your travel needs. All the cooking and eating utensils are available. We provide the coffee, bathing towels, all bedding. The estate is set up for you to arrive, unpack and enjoy! There is also a second driveway with a significant amount of parking.

The owners were nice. The property is beautiful. Plenty of beds to sleep 15+ people. Nice pool and backyard. The hot tub and game rooms were great. Little far than what we all wanted but it was a great experience and a nice place.

A Home Like No Other

Convenient location (DoorDash and delivery options) Bedrooms and kitchen and living areas built for big families that include all ages. Just right pool for mixed ages (from Papa to 2 year olds and in between). We skipped Fort Worth attractions to stay at the house for indoor and outdoor games. Master suite built for grandparents. This house was very nice. There were 17 of us and we were very comfortable. This is one of the most well stocked houses I have ever rented. There were more than enough towels and other amenities that we didn’t need anything. We never ran out of hot water either.The children and men enjoyed the game room until late in the evening. The hot tub was also a big hit. Bruce and his wife were very friendly and hospitable. We would definitely go back.

This is what you want!!!

Bruce and this wife is a lovely couple who welcomed us with open arms. This is the place for family and quiet. The game room was a wonderful touch. They let us come in and make this place our own. We had family of all ages come in town and to save on hotel fees we were all able to be under one roof. We were about to cook, swim, laugh, have fun, play games all with not being bothered by neighbors or a busy traffic street.Both sides of the family and friends loved it. We are now thinking of making this an annual thing and we will book this home again.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for Family Reunion

We search for a single house for our annual family reunion that has lots of space, places for down time, secluded and safe, clean and with a private outdoor pool. This house, not only checked every box, but exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms offered enough variety to allow the grandkids to sleep in bunkbeds or single beds, and there were enough bathrooms for each of our families to have their own. The playroom was large and, if the kids were not in the pool, they hung out in the activity room. When the owner heard that we were going to have Bible devotions in the evenings, he purchased enough folding chairs to ensure we were accommodated. I cannot say enough about the service, the cleanliness and the space itself. It was ABSOLUTELY PERFEFCT for our annual family reunion in Ft Worth, Texas!

4th of July Family Reunion

We are a big family and Bruce and his wife Penny were so accommodating of our numbers we couldn't have asked for better hosts. They gave us a tour of their beautiful property and showed us how everything functioned. There was plenty of space and plenty of beds so it didn't feel like we were stepping on each other. They had plenty of linens for us as well (extra blankets, pillows and towels) The house stayed comfortably cool despite the hot temperatures of Texas this time of the year. The two fully stocked kitchens were a great amenity, since we have a few cooks and bakers in the family. We had everything we needed and more. This was the first house we've rented with zero complaints, honestly. Bruce and Penny are wonderful hosts and our family very much enjoyed our time together. Thank you for everything. And special thanks for helping to return the stuffed turtle left behind by one of our little ones.

CHRISTMAS WITH A TWIST

This was perfect to accommodate my family who traveled to DFW to allow me to host our traditional Christmas Eve party and Christmas Day Dinner. The kids loved the game room. Bruce our host was the absolute best. He was gracious enough to allow me to visit the property beforehand which surpassed my expectations. We had family members with walkers and they were able to maneuver during the entire time from Saturday until Tuesday. We grilled everyday and all accomodations were in place. We were amazed at the way the kitchen was stocked and there was detergent for washing. When it said you had everything you need it was in fact true. We had 17 adults, 8 kids and 2 infants staying and everyone was comfortable. We had guests Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and we never felt crowded. The house is gorgeous and makes you feel at home. Looking forward to staying again!

Great House!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here. It has 8 bedrooms (5 on main floor and 3 upstairs), a separate game room and a heated outdoor pool. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The house was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The bedrooms were cozy and well-appointed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. One of the highlights of the house was the game room, which provided endless entertainment for us during our stay. The kids had a blast playing pool, air hockey, and Ping pong. The house also had not just one, but two kitchens, which was a huge bonus for us. We were able to prepare meals and snacks without feeling cramped or crowded, and it was nice to have multiple cooking spaces. The true gem of the house was the pool. It was the perfect size for our group, and the fact that it was heated meant that we could enjoy it even though it was cool outside. The kids had fun swimming and playing in the pool, and it was a great way to spend the afternoon. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the heated pool and game room were the cherry on top of an already amazing experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Could be 5-Star with some easy updates

The house and property is beautiful. The landlord is great - very responsive and personable. There were a number of disappointing things, however, that kept me from giving this a 5-star review. The place needs a good deep cleaning. It would help if the walls were washed and repainted and the floors were scrubbed. The pool area could use a powerwash. A couple of the shower nozzels need to be replaced. The pool was not heated and the attached hot-tub did not work (a separate hot tub was available). Many pieces of furniture need to be replaced. They look good from a distance, but are broken on the inside so when you sit or lay on it, they are uncomfortable. The internet/WiFi was unstable. I had to unplug it multiple times to get a signal to return. There were no directions on the TV usage. Each TV came with multiple controllers and was not easily controlled. For the cost of the week, I would have expected to have at least local channels available. The separate entertainment room was great, in concept. It smelled very bad and the air hockey table did not work, the pool table was ripped and there was no chalk for the pool cues. In the back of the property, it was very wet and smelled of septic. This may be due to all the rain that they had, but the septic smell was hard to handle...luckily the smell didn't reach the main house. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay, but with a little TLC, this place could be a 5-Star location

Family vacation

There was plenty of room for 17 adults and 3 kids. The game room was great. We set up a dinner table on the driveway using the event table and chairs in store room by the game room barn so we all were able to eat all together. All paper products were provided (paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex) which was a great surprise.
