This home is a newly renovated 4,000 sq ft home in sparkling condition. Chef's kitchen. All new appliances. Lots of open space. Large outdoor pool. Gated access with very secure parking. In the middle of the block in a quiet neighborhood. Large lot, mature trees. Very centrally located and close to Arlington stadiums, 6 Flags, TCU, Hospitals and downtown Fort Worth. 30 minute drive to downtown Dallas. 15 minute drive to DFW airport. No carpets. Exceptionally clean and modern throughout. Very quiet and private back yard with large pool and mature trees providing shade. The floor plan is very open and bright. It is ideal for entertaining or enjoying time with family. All common spaces and one of the 2 master suites is handicap accessible with extra wide doors and handholds throughout. This is one of the nicest homes available in the DFW metro area.
