We were in town for my birthday and we were running late and they did everything possible to make it the easiest check in and make us feel relaxed and at ease

Futurity stay
(Good) newly remodeled, clean! With in 5 minutes of will rogers. Easy access. (Bad) located at corner of Hulen and I30, could not drown out road noises with fan, 3 windows facing corner letting in car lights and stop signal light all night, Had to purchase topper to be able to sleep on new cheap mattress

Basic accommodation
Very unusual access down a muddy uneven alleyway which isn't safe. Broken chair on a bare wooden porch with no shade. Neglected garden. Extremely noisy with busy highway right beside property. Space was ok and good kitchen.
Came to Fort Worth for a conference at the Dickies arena. The location was a short 3 min drive so it was very convenient. The guest house was very clean and had everything we needed. Just be aware that the location is right at a busy intersection and the traffic is non-stop. We had a sound machine and slept fine but keep in mind, if you are a light sleeper you may have a tough time getting good sleep.
Other than that, it was a great experience.

Missed the Mark
The first impression was not great! We walked through a dirt and weeded path, around a leaning fence to enter the unit, which was not ideal to transport luggage through the dirt and weeds, which was muddy after the rain.
The first door on the porch did not have a lock box. The porch had two chairs and a table, which is displayed in the picture, but one chair was ripped and inoperable. The lock box was on another door, which was not listed in the directions.
Upon entering the unit, the air conditioning was off and there no directions available for the unit, including the air conditioning system.
The bed had two flat pillows with shams on them, but no additional pillows with linens to sleep on. A request was made immediately for new pillows, and even with a follow-up message, no pillows were delivered to the unit.
The bathroom shower/tub faucet leaked, which was continuous and the tub paint was pealing.
The kitchen area was clean and nice. It was the nicest part of the unit.
The unit is located on a busy intersection within feet of where cars come off of a highway. We heard noise all day/night and heard people talking right outside the unit on the corner.
This place has potential, and could be nice if you know about the location (traffic noise) and accurately meets the descriptions and pictures provided, specifically the comfort of the bed and bedding.

Potential space needs a lot of work
Small space that has potential with some basic upgradesncan be a good place. However barely have any basics for you to use. Place was pretty cold in spots the heater was not at. The gates are open to anyone to come on the property. There was a unsheltered man sitting right by the windows pretty scary when you are not familiar with the area. No extra trowels,no extra blankets,,no extra pillows. Kitchen needs the basic seasonings and oven mitt. No kitchen towels to use. One small coffee pouch for the weekend with no sweetener or cream. They put this as a vacation place it's more like a cheap motel 6.
Great location but upon arrival, the units yard was a mess and I think the cleaning crew forgot to sweep the floors and scrub the tub, which drips and doesn’t drain. They left coffee but no filters for an, odd sized, Mr. Coffee. Only 2 towels in the bathroom and only 2 pillows..there was a homeless man sitting on the road side, of the unit. There were 2 patio chairs and one was ripped, the tv remote was missing the battery cover and the pathway was a wreck and possible liability. The accommodations were sufficient and decent but could have been awesome and extraordinary with a little more effort from management.
Thank you,
R.T Engle
