The townhome features an upstairs master bedroom with a large smart TV, private bathroom with jack & jill vanity and a large walk-in shower. There are two additional upstairs bedrooms with a shared bathroom to comfortably sleep six adults. This townhome is only walking distance to the numerous attractions, including the Dickies Arena! If you'd like to go to/from Dallas or DFW airport you can also take advantage of the TRE train system which is very affordable. The train will take you to the steps of American Airlines center in Dallas and to several of the DFW terminals. We run weekday specials as well as long term discounts. Our destination was literally steps away at Dickies Arena, which we literally walked to instead of having to deal with massive traffic and $25 parking for the concert. We had thought of staying at a hotel that was nearby but not everyone in our group was going to the concert, and staying here made it so much better because they could comfortably hang out while we were at the show rather than be stuck in a hotel room and there was plenty for them to do and places to eat in the area too. We enjoyed it so much! Just enough communication with the host to feel comfortable and informed without feeling micromanaged during our stay also made me feel like I made the best choice with our booking. It was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and host had coffee pods available to us, which was awesome. Proximity to TCU campus and events was just a short drive. It’s a close 10-15 minute drive to the Stockyard and many great restaurants nearby. Plenty of comfortable beds. Very clean and the host is wonderful!
