HOA Improvement Notice: The HOA has scheduled various exterior and common-area improvement projects beginning in September and continuing through early Spring 2027. While the balcony/patio for this unit is not impacted and will remain accessible, guests may notice construction activity or occasional noise in other areas of the property during their stay.

Weather permitting, work will take place Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Go directly to the unit with your private door code—no front desk check-in required

No deadline for check-in—arrive anytime after 4 PM

Early beach access allowed, but early unit check-in is not permitted, especially during peak season



💳 Payment, Fees, & Policies:

$300 credit card authorization (not charged) held one day before check-in, released one day after checkout

No military or other discounts—last-minute specials are already reflected in nightly pricing

No pets allowed, regardless of size (per HOA rules)

Max occupancy is 6 guests—strictly enforced

Snowbird discounts available for December–February stays (already reflected in pricing)
