  • Direct Beachfront 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom Condo! Pelican Isle! Sleeps 6! Perfectly located on Beautiful Okaloosa Island! This beautiful 820 sq. ft. 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom upgraded and 4th floor condo features a great location and comfort! Enjoy this perfect location just steps to the pool & beach and fantastic view from the private balcony! Included in your rental is Beach Service - 2 Chairs & 1 Umbrella- March 1-October 31st. No packing and lugging chairs to and from the beach.

    The bedroom features a King bed and has an attached private full bathroom (Shower/Tub). There is a cozy bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) in the living area. The 2nd full bathroom has a Walk In Shower. There is a wonderfully upgraded & equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances for preparing any meal! Filtered water and ice maker in Refrigerator. 5 Star Linens and towels are provided. 6 Beach Towels provided. Washer & Dryer in the Unit.
