    Relax at condo Sea La Vie with adorable furnishings and beautiful southwest view of the sand and gulf. Close to Okaloosa fishing pier, restaurants, aquarium and kids activities, yet far enough away from the Destin traffic and crowds to enjoy serenity. Beachfront complex with hot tub, pool, outdoor grills (gas and charcoal) and exercise facility. Our unit has everything your family needs to relax, cook, get a good night's sleep and soak up the sun. Beach service and setup for 2 included during your stay. Washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, king bed in master and bunks in hallway. There is also a queen sleeper sofa and a 55' Sony 4K LED Smart TV in the living room and 42', smart tv in master bedroom. We have upgraded our internet for streaming. Uncluttered, clean and stocked with all the items you need to cook or grill. Balcony with west facing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Snowbirds welcome.

Was perfect for us as a couple, can also serve a family with 1-2 young children willing to sleep in the bunk beds built into an alcove in the hallway. If you like a soft, plush mattress you will be in heaven. Two separate half baths with the tub /shower between was a plus, with one accessible from the bedroom and the other from the hall. Shower accessible on opposite sides from both. Property has a nice outdoor pool and beautiful beach beyond. Parking tips: The rooftop is convenient but there are a few stairs down to get to the elevator. You might choose to unload in the ground floor covered area, which is flat, then park on the roof. Note for the 2026 season: This unit is in one end of the building. The elevator on that end was broken and, according to a year-round resident we met, will not be fixed for months. No problem generally as the beach and main parking is off the central elevator anyway. The only concern is if you would use one of the two handicapped parking spaces on that end of the building. With the elevator broken, they won't help.

Dixie was amazing always so helpful and kind. Everything was a breeze from checking in and out. Close to the beach. Appreciate the extra security with going to the beach and pool access.

Nice getaway

Really enjoyed our week. Room was just as advertised. Beach was not very crowded and the 2 beach chairs and umbrealla was very nice. We had no issues with anything in the room or anything at this property. Best thing for us was stairway was close to room so didnt have to wait on elevator.

We had a great time in Fort Walton Beach and the condo was very comfortable. We had most everything we needed for a nice stay. The weather was colder than we would have liked but we had some nice walks on the beach. It was pretty quiet but we enjoyed ourselves & will probably visit this area again next year.

This was the nicest condo that we have reserved for any of our vacations. I highly recommend it. We only had one small issue and it was remedied within two minutes by the owner. Hope to come back soon!

Dodie is an excellent communicator and aims to place. Her condo was comfortable with a comfortable bed, a giant screen TV, and nice furniture. The complex's heated pool and hot tub were great. The beach is spectacular. The two chairs and umbrella provided daily were so convenient. Fort Walton Beach is a nice town.

Best condo we've stayed in!

This really was a great place and we hated to leave. Dodie's condo was super clean and well-stocked. The Island Princess condominium complex is well maintained and felt like home. Okaloosa Island is great because none of the condos are high-rise, so it has a more relaxing beach feel. We will definitely return! Thank you Dodie! You've been wonderful to deal with.

Great Stay

The condo was perfect for our group. It was my wife, son and one of my son’s friends. The condo was clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. The beach was awesome but know that if the red flags are out to trust that the water is dangerous. My son’s friend and both ended up having to be rescued. Dodie is awesome.
