We are repeat visitors to Waterscape and love the location and property. However- this unit needs a major deep clean and some updates. Stained pillows and mattress covers, marks and scuffs all over the walls, baseboards, ceilings and overall needs a deep, deep cleaning.

We were so blown away with all the things there were to do for all ages of kids. The condo was perfect, we loved the layout. Having teenaged kids and small kids, it worked out great for all ages.

This was our second time at Waterscape and both stays were great. Everything about this place is convenient. We have taken two different groups of people with us about it suits everyone's needs. From the accessibility for our machore adults to plenty of fun things for the kids. The views and wildlife are breathtaking! We see dolphins everytime right at the beach.

Had trouble with washing machine in room and drone flying near our balcony . Had to turn off some gas grills along the pool area , you could smell gas .Please have security guard check thiose at times Thanks

The condo was perfect for me and a friends family. 3 rooms plus bunk room provided plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Very nice condo. Though furnished, nice bedding, towels, and cookware - be sure to bring expendables like cleaning spray, dishwasher soap, trash bags, hand soap... we called and they brought some but not enough for our stay saying that people usually eat out... even so washing hands after using the restroom and wiping up after cooking seems like essential needs. Regardless the condo was perfect for me, my friend, and our 8 kids (5mo - 13yrs). Though cold there was one pool that was heated and two hot tubs.

Condo is very worn. Furniture in living room dirty and stained. Toaster didn't work and overall not clean enough for what I paid. Also most condos provided beach setup but this one did not. The pool and beach are are swesome

This was our 2nd trip to Waterscape, and we really enjoy the resort. Last time we were just a few units back from the ocean, and enjoyed that view more, but this unit was less $, and being close to parking also has its perks, especially when carts aren’t available to haul luggage & groceries back and forth. This unit also has a larger balcony area than most, which was nice. I think we’ll move closer next time, though. The furnishings are updated, so it has a fresh vibe to it. Last time the unit we stayed in had outdated, somewhat dusty furnishings, so this was nicer in that regard. There was some minor dust and other issues upon arrival, but some of those issues were quickly resolved once I let the property manager know. She was very detailed and responsive, which I appreciated. My biggest complaints were a strong musty/mildew smell right upon entering, and a filthy area rug in the main living room, which I also notified them about. An attempt was made to clean out the washing machine w vinegar, but the smell was right by the door, and that wasn’t the culprit, so the smell never went away. The smell was strongest near where the kids slept in bunk area, so that was a concern. Also, the living room rug was so dirty & sticky your feet turned black and had all sorts of hair & other debris sticking to them, which was unpleasant. I understand that it wasn’t changed right away, as that’s not something easily/quickly replaced. I also understand we rented at the end of the season, but I think a rug which can be cleaned more thoroughly and often would be much better. Had I known about the smell and the rug, I would have rented a different unit. Only 2 kitchen trash bags were provided, 1 roll of paper towels, and no shampoo, etc. I don’t recall if this is standard for Waterscape units, but we provide plenty of these inexpensive amenities in our rentals. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Waterscape, and we will be back!

This property was absolutely disgusting. There was mold around the bottom of the toilets as well as in one of the bedroom closets. The white trim was all covered with dirt & dust. There were only 2-3 cheap plastic hangers in the closets that looked like they were from a child's clothing dept. store. Also, many of the photos show different bedding, appliances, outdoor furniture etc. The white outdoor furniture is covered in black dirt. The curtains, rugs & pillows were dirty and stained. The main area rug was covered with dirt and sand. We had to move the rug so our kids could dance & discovered it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. There was sand & dirt underneath but there wasn't a working vacuum so we had to sweep up the mess since the broken vacuum blew the sand & dust everywhere. We swept up a huge pile and sent photos to the owner ASAP once we found this. She did nothing to assist with this situation only informed us we should have reported this within 24 hours, even though it was shortly afterwards. My daughter found an opened hostess snack on the side of the top bunk bed, we also found pieces of it in the lower bunk. This indicated these beds hadn't been washed before our arrival. We also reported this to the owner ASAP but were told the same regarding her 24-hour policy and she didn't send housekeeping out. She offered zero solutions or assistance during our stay. We have reported this situation & safety concern to VRBO. I would strongly suggest finding another place to stay. We took about 12 photos to send to VRBO, we wish they allowed us to share the mold, stains, dirt & pile of sand as proof of how awful this situation truly was.

Our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids under 8) enjoyed a week. The condo was amazing with space for everyone and the deck/patio was a favorite place to hang out. The access to the beach and pool - awesome!
