Resort very kid friendly. Kids loved the lazy River and best of all the heated pool. Condo included beach chairs and umbrella which made it easier to enjoy beach time. Over the years, I have had dirty condos. I wasn't sure what to expect with the last minute trip, but was impressed renting out the last room at the property, and not feeling like I got "leftovers". This is definitely a condo I would rent again. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved keypad entry! Check in was simple. We arrived early, and the room was ready to go. Communication was excellent with Pinky. The condo and speedy trip was so good, we wanted to stay an extra day, which has been nothing unusual for me at my Waterscape stays. Sadly enough, someone rented the condo out before our check out morning, so we were unable to do so. My son and husband enjoyed some quality time together playing on the Wii. The only negative review I have is the condo could use a better cleaning service. Our feet were black after walking around the day we arrived before even going to the beach or pool. The tub was also dirty. ##### Christy S. The place was outdated. The pools and hot tubs were gross. The beach chair guys are the rudest things ever. That has stayed consistent for years. First thing you noticed was how clean the place was as well as the little touches (dish soap, towels, shampoo, lotion, and bar of soap). Communication with Pinkie was easy and she always responded quickly. Plenty of linens, pillows, blankets, etc. Bed was comfortable as well. Table and chairs on the balcony was great for lunches and dinners. Furniture in the living room is a little old, but honestly it didn't bother us much because most of our time was spent outside! The resort is fantastic and SO family friendly. So many pool options and such a short and easy walk to the beach. Beach service (two chairs w/ umbrella) was provided everyday and was such a nice option. The resort and beach were so clean. We had a fantastic trip and cannot wait to stay again! Would DEFINITELY recommend Pinkie as well was Waterscape. Cannot wait to come again :-) ##### Molly J. Condo was very comfortable. Bed was nice and comfortable. It was great to be able to park in the garage and not have far to walk to the condo. We really enjoyed all the pools, lazy river, and hot tubs. I had knee surgery just weeks before so it was nice to have access to elevators when needed. We would definitely stay again. ##### Terri C.
