This condo was the very best for my husband and I in location, cleanliness, charm, accessibility to the beach, and that view off the balcony…..spectacular!!!Making memories on the Emerald Coast - we will be back !!!!

Awesome View!

Great view and comfortable, quiet condo. Couldn’t ask for better location; condo with convenience of walking onto the beach, but not too far from the action. Well equipped kitchen and fresh linens /towels. Nice that chairs and umbrella was set up for our use daily.

Great Location!!

Me, my husband and son had a great stay. The second floor view is wonderful. The neighborhood area is quiet. The beach was not crowded, we liked the chair and umbrella service. We had everything we needed in the condo. We would stay here again.

Just amazing

Kim is just great- The condo was super clean, had everthing we could have possibly needed, and the beach is literally right there! The area is quiet and there are lots of restaurants nearby, too- We had an awesome time and definitely plan to come back to Kim's place!

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our time and would recommend this condo to couples who need a get away. We were able to relax and enjoy the view from our balcony and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Kim was quick to respond during check in and she is a great host!

Perfect Beach Rental

We just got back from our beach vacation. This was perfect if you are looking for easy beach access and a great view. Our section of the beach wasn’t crowded and access is literally next to the building. We could go up to our condo to refill drinks it was that close. We spent every night on the balcony enjoy the sights and sounds. Close to eating…recommend The Shack. We would book again.
