You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply. • Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time. • Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive! • We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more. • No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony • Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws.
