Lovely condo with easy access to beach (not beach facing). Management company is very responsive and easy to work with. Updated finishes and bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Pool area is nice.
View of the beach is on the side. Not very big view. Room is nice. Clean. Extra bedroom is not queen. And the light from the street or parking shines through the blinds.
We loved our stay here. The condo was clean and really comfortable for our family. We stayed here with 3 small children and we would return. It felt more spacious and comfortable to hang out in than we anticipated. Both beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was big and well equipped. The pool and beach access were perfect for our family. When we had a couple small issues, they were very responsive. A few things to note: If you like rooms super dark, I would bring something to help with blacking out, especially in the room with a queen. One detail we wish we had known was there was a pack and play in the closet — when we asked the property management company they said there wouldn’t be one. It’s also important to note there aren’t any beach supplies associated with the rental - no umbrella, chairs, beach toys, wagon etc. The property management is clear about that so it’s not an issue - but we wanted to say that is accurate so you’re prepared.

Beautiful Beach. Nice Pool. Updated Condo but has a few issues.
Loved the beach and how close we stayed to the beach. So easy to get down to the water everyday. And the pool was great too even though it closed as dusk. Wished the property had it stay open later. The actual condo was pretty nice. Updated appliances and furniture. Nothing looked over used or out dated. My issues were few but still. First they claimed there was a king and queen sized bed. I sleep at home in a queen size bed every day. This bed was a double. The sheets were microfiber/polyester, the most unbreathable sheets. Without fail I wake up hot and sweaty no matter how cool the room is because the sheets don’t breath. They don’t even feel nice against the skin. Each bed came with two pillows. I just don’t find that adequate. The front bedroom with the “queen” bed has two small windows that look out to the breezeway and parking lot. There are blinds and thin curtains hanging. These do NOTHING to stop the very bright light right outside the windows from shinning into the bedroom all night long. If we hadn’t found a huge black blanket to hang up over the windows I wouldn’t have been able to sleep at all. The vents in every rooms were dusty and covered in muck. My sinuses and throat began to bother me after the first night. Also the water shut off for about two-three hours one day. With no warning. Came back but management seemed clueless about it and couldn’t provide any information about why or when it would return.
