Second time I have stayed here within the past two months. Great value for the price we paid. Rooms are clean, staff is so very friendly and accommodating.

This place was awesome! It’s walking distance to so many activities and yummy eateries! The Beaches are only a 10 minute drive! Seriously perfect location and really nice rooms!

The room had moisture and had a musty mildew smell. After attempting to dry and air the room out by running the fan, leaving the door open, and spraying Lysol, it didn't help. We checked out tye same night and found a better hotel.

It was a great stay for us. This is the only hotel in a long time we've stayed at where the room didn't smell like smoke and irritate our allergies. The breakfast was ok but they should add some fruit and more cereal options for the young ones. But everyone working there was nice and helpful. The area is safe and close to everything you would want to do.

It was within walking distance of many restaurants and the boardwalk in Destin. It may look older on the outside, but the room was neat and clean. They even had hot breakfast

I love that I could bring my dog and I had plenty of space to walk him. Breakfast was nice but I didn’t really care for the coffee. The staff was very friendly. This location was perfect! We had quick access to lots of activities for spring break.

The best thing about this property is its location. Walking distance to the Destin harbor and only a 5 min drive to public beaches. The staff is very friendly and the rooms themselves are decent for what you pay.

The location is amazing and not too bad in price. The only bad thing is the pool is cold.

The pool are is so cute and quaint. It’s like a little Melrose Place villa with the nicest staff!

I loved how it has different sections for smokers and non-smokers, so I didn’t have to smell the smokes from others.

Good motel for the cost. Decent breakfast. Room was clean. Nice boardwalk right across the street. If you're traveling to Destin on a budget it's a good pick.

Only major issue I had was the limited space for your dogs though they claim it’s pet friendly and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Staff was nice, place was clean and in a great location

If you are going to the Destin Harbor boardwalk this hotel is a nice and clean inexpensive place right across the street from the harbor. Walkable to McGuires, AJ's and all the harbor walk attractions.

The hotel has been freshly remodeled very comfortably, however the exterior shows a little age but otherwise good shape.

The staff very pleasant and location good to walk to bars, restaurants and beach. The water never got hot enough to take a shower, microwave didn’t work and no ice machine was working.

Unfortunately, we did have to put the ice machines on our property down due to freezing temperatures for several days. Following this action, the machines needed service but we do try to complete all maintenance as soon as we can in order to provide the best guest experience. I am glad to see my staff did well and you enjoyed our location! We hope to see you again next time you are in town.
