Enjoy the luxury of 30a, all the conveniences of home and personal interaction and communication with the owners WITHOUT that high price tag! Our gorgeous condo is located in Seagrove Beach in the heart of 30A, between Seaside and Rosemary. We are tucked away off the beaten path for a sense of seclusion yet right in the middle of everything 30A has to offer. We are minutes away from some of the best casual and fine dining restaurants available on 30A. Family member flying in to join you? No problem, we are 25 minutes away from the International Panama City Airport. We are 20 minutes from Panama City's well known Pier Park to the East and 30 minutes to Destin to the West, which offers some of the best family entertainment, shopping and dining the Panhandle has to offer. This is our family vacation home that sleeps 6 people comfortably offering a 3 bedroom and 2 full bath open floor plan with complimentary WiFi. Keyless entry with your own unique code adds safety and security to your stay. Master bedroom with gulf views has a king size bed with flat screen cable TV, usb bedside lamps, remodeled tile shower and bathroom with barn door and walk in closet. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a flat screen cable tv and usb outlet. Third bedroom has a queen bed, vanity area and flat screen cable TV along with a usb outlet. We also have a Pack n Play available for your convenience (linens not provided). Large spacious living room with plush furniture comfortably seating 6, 60 inch Roku smart TV and fully stocked kitchen with separate pantry along with dining table seating 6 and additional bar seating. Kid friendly plates, bowls, cups and utensils are available for your little ones. Our home has top of the line flooring and premium appliances. There is a separate laundry room with high efficiency LG washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. We have a large deck that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom both with Gulf views, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or sunset cocktail. This is a second floor beach end unit which offers easy access to the beach. Beach items, including several chairs, an umbrella and wagon are available for your use. Eastern Lake public beach access is an easy 3 to 4 minute stroll with no streets to cross or steps to climb which makes this perfect for families with small children. This fantastic beach access has over 3 acres of beach area and sits within almost 6 acres of public land providing plenty of room and recreational options. The Eastern Lake access borders over 425 feet of Eastern Lake and over 450 feet of the Gulf providing plenty of water choices for adults and children alike. Complimentary golf cart concierge service to this access is offered from May 15 to September 14\. Our complex offers two swimming pools, one of which is heated during the off season, shuffle board, corn hole, grills, and lighted tennis courts. Wrist bands are required for access to the swimming pools and tennis courts which assures only guests and owners usage. We have a club house available to rent for special occasions or large gatherings. There are many local activities for a variety of interests. This is a bike and golf cart friendly community with rentals available that will also deliver. A variety of sport fishing both salt and fresh water are available and some of the finest golf courses in the southeast. If nature is what you are craving, enjoy the day at Deer Lake State Park (only two miles away) taking advantage of fishing, walking the boardwalk across the dunes to the Gulf and exploring everything nature has to offer. We have raised our six children vacationing at this beach for the last 30 years and it has always been our dream to have a place on 30A by the water to enjoy with our family. We are delighted in the opportunity to be able to share this with others. We take pride in our excellent reviews and top notch customer service. Our goal is to make you feel like family! We are always available to answer questions and offer suggestions or recommendations for anything you may need. Policies: 1\. No Smoking 2\. We like the beach access near the lake. We were disappointed about the decision to limit the beach access by the boardwalk to traveling only. You can no longer put you chairs down there. The owners were EXTREMELY responsive and answered all my questions quickly. The condo was exactly as described, and honestly was even better than I was expecting. The closet of beach toys was perfect for our family, the space was plentiful, the patio with a partial view of the ocean was beautiful, the grounds of the complex were nice and the location was perfect for us. The beach was a short walk away, there are some private beaches, but we had no issues finding a place to set up and have fun. I knew this was a good sign. After a long drive, we arrived later than expected- no issues accessing the property and it was in mint condition. The decor is soothing, modern and comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked. All amenities were as described. The host checked in on us via text a day or two into our stay and my only complaint was about the weather! Ha! Initially, I thought the space would be too big for 2 adults and 2 kids, but soon realized it was great for my teenager to have her own, private room where she could sleep as much as she wants. In fact, the space was perfect We realized on this vacation that this is actually the perfect sized home for us as 2 of our 4 kids have flown the nest, so this was an added bonus! We spent a lot of daytime hours on the beach and when we needed a break from the sun, I enjoyed reading on the deck which was quiet and had partial ocean views. I ran back and forth to Publix and Seaside a lot, and found this location was close enough to access, but far away enough from the frenetic tourist area. The complimentary golf cart shuttle was awesome to transport us and all our stuff to and from the beach and the drivers were colorful and informative. One of the best perks of this location is the shallow lake that dumps into the ocean... perfect shallow, calm water to allow little ones to play but still be oceanfront. Lovely place with nice view of the Gulf from the balcony. Private beach access either a very short walk or complimentary golf cart shuttle. Was perfect for little kids, as the Gulf had a shallow inlet connecting it to a lake, so the kids could wade around and we could relax. Nice community pool. Very close to restaurants and amenities. Condo is steps from the beach. Great beach decor throughout. We were provided with everything we needed, could not have asked for more. There are places to walk/bike along 30A to eat and shop. Seagrove Beach is my family’s favorite place to vacation and our stay at Beachside Villas was amazing! We were so impressed by the short, easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed the close proximity to local restaurants. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We were also very thankful for the Pack and Play that was available for our use! The owner’s are very responsive, helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay at this property! The accommodations were exactly as listed and the location was incredible. For our group of 5, we had plenty of space to be comfortable. It was very clean, well stocked, and quiet. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was one of our favorite things, and we enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony each morning. Finally, the owner/host of this property was amazing! His communication went above and beyond what we have ever experienced with a rental. The location is great and the beach shuttle was very quick and super easy to coordinate. The accommodations were very comfortable, especially with the ample seating in the living room. The second two bedrooms were very comfortable but the primary mattress could use on upgrade. The kitchen was well stocked, but the toaster was not working while we were there. We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is a perfect location in Seagrove with easy access to the beautiful white sand beach and Eastern lake. For those who need it, the condo complex has a golf cart to drive you down the street to drop you at the beach. It is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. The property was clean and nicely decorated and we slept great in the comfortable master suite bed! The condo is an easy ride to many great restaurants, coffee shops, and the downtown Seaside area.
