Sea Breeze was the perfect situation for our family: five adults and four kids. We were impressed by the well-stocked kitchen, the beautiful private back yard, and the easy walk to beach access. Very clean and well kept. Just as described. Just an FYI be prepared to bring everything you need for cleaning and any beach equipment or towels. They are not provided. My only complaint didn't have to do with the home but with the beach. There is public access about 5 minutes away but there is only about a 40 foot wide space of access and there was at 100 - 150 people crammed in that space. There are security guards and local beach front home owners that are constantly bullying people to move all their belongings. The layout is perfect for groups—the open living and dining area flows well, and the bedrooms are comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. The location is hard to beat—just a 3-minute walk to the beach in a quiet gated community. The outdoor gathering area was a highlight, with ample seating, relaxing Adirondack chairs, and great grilling options. The community pool (just a few houses away) was convenient when we wanted a change from the sand. Beach Luxury Vacations was great to work with—the check-in process was smooth, communication was responsive, and everything was in place when we arrived. Large home, very clean, and the backyard was beautiful. My favorite part was the backyard and back gate exit to get to the beach. This home had everything you needed to enjoy a stay at the beach. Any questions I had, I emailed the management company and they responded very quickly. The house was very clean and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, but no spices or condiments needed for cooking. We had a wonderful few days. The weather wasn't ideal one day, but the fun didn't stop because of the spaciousness and accommodations of the house. The kids enjoyed their own space to play in the yard and throughout the house. It was truly a quick walk to the white beaches of 30A through the back gate.
