I have added these pictures to the end of the phone gallery so you can see the new floor with the current furniture %&%&%&%&%&%& Unit 810 is a perfectly updated, luxurious 8th floor condo. From the entrance hall, you can see straight through the condo to your private, expansive, 8th floor balcony and the breathtaking gulf of Mexico. In addition to a dining table, your balcony includes a small sitting area for you to enjoy your afternoons. From your balcony, your view will stretch from the gulf all the way back over the lush greenery of the Destin resorts. The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar. You will also find a washer and dryer for your up-most convenience. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and the master bathroom has beautiful tile work, a whirlpool tub, and a walk in shower. The second bedroom holds one queen bed, flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and its own private access to the second bathroom. The living room sofa also converts into a bed. At The Tides @ Tops’l. If you’ve never made your way to Tops’l you don’t know what you’re missing. This place has everything. Beautiful beach. In fact rated best by Southern Living. And if you can’t trust them who can you trust. Incredible views. Close to golf. The Tides are part of Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort which is smack dab in the middle of 52 beautifully landscaped acres bordered by the Gulf of Mexico and by Topsail Hill State Preserve. WOW! There’s 600 feet of private, sandy white beaches. There’s a ton of stuff to do here, with the daytime activities and nightlife of neighboring Sandestin and other noted communities to the west, and a nature preserve for quiet and solitude to the east. Tops'l provides the best of both worlds. At tides you will have many wonderful amenities such as free wireless internet, pools, tennis, pickleball, community grills, basketball, putt-putt, nature trails, and many kids programs. Also, tops'l hill nature preserve is upon a national historic registry spot (next to beach manor on tops'l resort) where usa military tested captured German v2 buzz-bomb rockets there in 1944. And if that weren’t enough, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, one of the largest in the US, is less than 5 minutes away. Sandestin's popular Baytowne Wharf is just across the street to the west with shops, excellent restaurants and entertainment on the bay. Concerts on Wednesdays and family movies on Thursdays are popular family outings on the lawn at the Wharf. Sandestin's recently developed Grand Boulevard Town Center, nearby to the east, has upscale shopping and many excellent restaurant options. There’s so much to do here you won’t be able to fit it into a week’s vacation. So stay two! That’s what I’d do. Please note no canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Beach service is not included. Bring Tupperware if you plan on cooking and have leftovers. The outdoor patio was perfect to hang out at night. The only downfall was Topsl, the elevators were unreliable, so we had to walk up 8 flights of stairs unless you wanted to wait for an elevator for 10-15 minutes. My son actually got stuck in it for a few minutes. We were told the HOA won’t put a sign out on the elevator that does not consistently work. In addition pickleball courts were closed. I’m pretty sure they could have scheduled a slower time for this maintenance. ##### Jon K. We had a great experience. The communication was great, the condo was clean, the view was beautiful, and the check-out list was easy to follow. ##### Patti M. We appreciated the size and layout of the space. The patio area was very large and offered a wonderful view. The unit could benefit from a little updating, I.e. broken tile in patio table, master bath cabinets are peeling their laminate, master bedroom mattress is very hard. Overall the unit is in good condition and we would stay here again. The kitchen was lovely and well stocked. A great place for a weekend getaway. ##### Catherine J. Condo is located near beach with Pool. Hot tub not working so disappointed in that area. Recommend getting that working again! Tiki bar awesome! We asked for a replacement and we r thru 2 days of texting back and forth snd by that point we just said forget it. I feel they could have easily went to Walmart purchased a 17 coffee pot for the week were there. Instead we got nothing. The 2nd issue was it says it beach front view… mostly the view of roof tops of other condo in front of you and can not hear the ocean due to the extremely large ac unit below the unit 3rd you can not access the beach with a wagon unless you go to the ground floor and walk to beach manner condo and access that way, you can not access beach with a wagon thru the pool due to only steps and they will not let go thru that way other than that it was a good place ##### Melanie P. My only complaint is that that this unit does not have access to the top Tides only pool, and so we had to use the more crowded lower pool. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Only bad thing is when my daughter pulled out the sofa bed to go to sleep, it was black nasty stuff on the sheets like they haven’t been cleaned.
