A lovely house in a great location!

We stayed for a couple of nights and were very pleased with the house. It was clean and had the amenities necessary for a great stay! The location is excellent and was fairly central to where we were going to be! The owner checked on us and made sure we had what we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Family vacation.

As soon as you walk in it is very inviting and clean! Nice, heavy duty furniture. Great mattresses and linens on the bed. Nice to have outdoor furniture. GREAT STAY! Super nice sheets. Great to have outside furniture!

We enjoyed our stay. This unit was the best we have ever stayed in! The host had thought of everything, plus comfortable furniture, beds, back yard furniture , convenient to stores and restaurants yet tucked in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We would 100% stay here if we ever go back to Fort Smith

Beautiful Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The host was amazing and friendly, the house was as pictured and described, and the house was very clean. We will definitely book again when traveling to Ft. Smith.

Wonderful stay @ The Nest

Our family spent the weekend @ The Nest for a nephew’s wedding. The house was exactly as described & hosts were very attentive. We had no issues with the property and had a wonderful stay in Fort Smith! Definitely recommend this property and host 😉♥️

Quick getaway

House was great! We had four adults and two kids. Plenty of space to spread out. Wish it was less windy and warmer out to enjoy the backyard but it’s March so we knew we took our chances on that. The house was super close to things. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house to others.

We loved the home. Good neighborhood, and close to places to shop and restaurants. Also enjoyed the museums. Plenty of room in the home,and beautiful back yard to sit and relax. Wiuld love to come back,in the future.
