Nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The yard and patio were very nice, the house was clean and homey and tastefully decorated. The location is right by much of the shopping and restaurants in the area.

Exceeded expectations! Communications were excellent and check in was a breeze. The Lily Pad was as VERY clean and the kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable and the furniture as well. Not your typical guest rental furnishings.Great location in the middle of Ft Smith on a quiet street. Recommend 10/10.
