"I’ve been a regular at the Telshor location in Las Cruces. Sai and Joanne have been great but the amnesties have gone downhill including cleanliness. Hair in tub, floors and on bed covers, 4-5 roaches crawling everywhere. Couldn’t sleep and had to keep pets contained so they wouldn’t go after the roaches. Tub was dirty. Manager hardly available, be back sign always up. Last time going there and seeking a refund. Im done."

"We had the pleasure of staying in Chuck & Marina’s Casita/Guest House. It was the perfect spot for us to put up our feet and relax for the night. Directions, parking. location and keyless entry was easy. Communication replies were quick. The place was perfect for the 3 of us…my son on the sofa sleeper & my husband and I in the separate bedroom. The casita was immaculate and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!Thank You Chuck & Marina for having the perfect place to “lay our heads down” for the night."
